La carte mère dispose d’un support processeur de type socket 478

broches monté en surface et à force d’insertion nulle (ZIF). Ce socket est

destiné aux processeurs Intel

Pentium

4 478/Northwood. Ces

processeurs disposent de la micro-architecture Intel

NetBurst™, de la

technologie Hyper-Threading, d’un système bus de 533/400MHz, et taux

de transfert de données allant jusqu’à 4.3Go/s.

Notes sur la technologie Intel

Hyper-Threading

1. La technologie Hyper-Threading n’est supportée que sous

Windows XP et versions ultérieures. Si vous utilisez un système

d’exploitation antérieur, désactivez l’élément Hyper-Threading

Techonology dans le BIOS pour garantir un système stable et

performant.

2. Il est recommandé d’installer WinXP Service Pack 1.

3. Assurez-vous d’activer l’élément Hyper-Threading Technology

dans le BIOS avant d’installer un système d’exploitation

supporté.

4. Pour plus d’informations sur la technologie Hyper-Threading,

visitez le site www.intel.com/info/hyperthreading.

Pour utiliser la technologie Hyper-Threading avec cette carte mère:

1. Installez un CPU Pentium 4 qui supporte la technologie Hyper-Threading.

2. Allumez le système et entrez dans le BIOS. Dans le menu Boot, vérifiez

que Hyper-Threading Technology est sur Enabled. Ce paramètre

n’apparaît que si vous avez installé un CPU qui supporte la technologie

Hyper-Threading.

3. Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
